Slurry Pumps

Solid pumps are generally also referred to as slurry, excavator or armoured pumps.
The robust centrifugal pumps are specially designed for the transport of fluids with abrasive
solid particles and are used, for example, in sand and gravel mining, in slag granulation in steel plants, in aerated concrete plants as well as in flotation applications and in coal and ore mining.
Depending on the requirements, rubber materials or hardened chrome alloys are used.
Our solid fuel pumps are designed so that they can be easily dismantled at any time.
Wear parts such as housing inserts, impellers and seals are easily accessible and can be easily replaced if necessary. The large selection of different series of solid-state pumps means that the right model can be found for every application, from pumps for media with a grain size of a few millimeters to models that are suitable for media with grain sizes of up to 300 mm.

Slurry pumps are particularly resistant to abrasion and corrosion, but it is still necessary to regularly replace worn wear parts. As a competent specialist company, we can offer our customers fast on-site service. Our plant in Bünde has a large selection of pumps and spare parts so that we can keep unforeseen downtimes due to wear to a minimum. If an on-site service is not possible, our experienced staff will take care of the organization of the collection, repair and return delivery of the repaired pump.
